What: CRBS Symposium 2009: The Future is NOW!
A symposium for RB families and friends
Where: The Amphitheatre, Nurses’ Residence, 90 Gerrard Street West (kitty corner from SickKids)
When: Saturday, June 20, 2009 (9:00am – 4:00 pm)
Who: All are welcome. Advance registration is required. Please register prior to June 12, 2009.
Cost: Adults - $15
FREE on-site Professional Childcare will be provided for children ages 2 and up. Spaces are limited, so please register early.
This is the fourth symposium for RB families organize by the Canadian Retinoblastoma Society and the Retinoblastoma Programme at The Hospital for Sick Children. This year’s event promises to be the best yet! The opportunity to meet with other retinoblastoma families, share information and learn from each other should not be missed!
The Focus of the 2009 Symposium is on two huge projects which are culminating in 2009:
The National Retinoblastoma Strategy
And
National RB Awareness Campaign

CRBS Strategic Planning
In conjunction with the symposium, families will also be invited to participate in charting a course for Canadian Retinoblastoma Society activities in the coming years.
